MGH Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 7, 2026

Thank you for shopping with MGH — Make God Happy. We want every customer to be confident in their purchase. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

MGH does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. All purchases made through our website are considered final sale.

Because our products may be produced and prepared specifically for each collection and order, we are unable to accept returned merchandise for refunds or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns, we understand that mistakes can occasionally happen.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your customer service email].

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and any damage
• Photos of the packaging, if applicable

After reviewing your claim, MGH may, at our discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Incorrect Size

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their purchase. MGH does not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing, so we strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before ordering.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

MGH is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Once an order has been shipped, customers should contact the applicable shipping carrier regarding delivery issues.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, additional shipping charges may apply to have the package reshipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be processed quickly after purchase. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

Final Sale Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on the MGH website, you acknowledge and agree to this No Returns, No Exchanges, and No Refunds policy.

We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing your purchase.
